Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are times of great transformation – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. For many, many years, women during this magical time have been surrounded and supported by wise, loving, compassionate, knowledgeable women to  help guide them and hold a safe and nurturing space to assist them in making the profound transition into motherhood, feeling honored and empowered. As a doula, I am committed to playing this role of educator, supporter, advocate, nurturer, loving presence, and witness to this process.  As a doula, I respect the choices that women and their families make and trust that a woman knows what is best for her and her baby. As a doula, I trust the process of birth!
